Ordering & Payments:
PayPal is our preferred payment method. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Google Checkout. All orders are securely processed via PayPal, Google Checkout. If one of these services does not work for you, you can choose to have your payment processed manually by choosing "Payment by Credit Card" during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once payments are made your order will be worked on and you will receive an email with the shipping details.
All transactions will be processed and show up on your statement as The Moonlit Sea.
Pumpkin Cottage Conjure is pretty much a one-witch show, except for the occasional assistance from an
apprentice or Oseaana's wife. Our "signature" line of oils, incense, powders, etc. are conjured and kept
in-stock in small amounts to insure they are fresh and of high quality. We make sure that every intention for
spiritual and visual detail is taken into consideration.
Therefore, some orders may take up to 3 weeks for creation and then shipping. For custom made orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for creation and delivery. You will receive an email to let you know of the status of your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email or call. Meeting our customers needs is a priority.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of the items offered here, we can not accept returns. Please make sure you are certain
before ordering.
There will be no refunds for spellwork, conjure/hoodoo work, altar work, classes/workshops, etc.
Also there are no refunds for services such as spiritual consultations and readings if you are late or miss an appointment. If Oseaana has to cancel an appointment your payment will be refunded to you via the method you paid.

Shipping & Delivery/Pickup:
Shipping is always USPS Priority Mail with insurance included. While we recycle shipping materials in honor of
Mother Earth we always pack your items safely and securely.
Most items we sell are created at the time you make your order, therefore please 3 to 6 weeks for items
to be created and then shipped. Priority Mail usually arrives within 3-4 days.
We will combine shipping for items ordered at any of our shops to give you the cheapest possible shipping
charge.

International Shipping Rates & Policies:
International shipping rates will vary from country to country. In an effort to make sure you get the best possible
rates a base shipping rate will be applied to your order.
In the checkout, please select "No State or Province" in the "Select your US State for sales tax"

Once your order is received, payment is made and your order is packed up your correct shipping amount will
be determined. If a credit is due to you one will be given via the payment option you used. If your shipping is
more than the base rate, you will be contacted via email and given the option to pay the extra shipping fee or
cancel your order.
International orders may incur tariffs, taxes or other fees. We are not responsible for any additional fees you
may incur by your local government. International shipping may take longer to arrive. If you have questions

Local Delivery & Pick-up:
Delivery is available to the Poughkeepsie, NY and Kingston, NY area for $5.00 (payable in advance) per order
per stop (order together with friends and save!). If you are wondering if your town is in the delivery area just
ask!
Pick-up is free and is available by appointment only at our Port Ewen/Ulster Park location. To arrange delivery
or pick-up please contact us before making your order.

How to book appointments with Oseaana:
There are a few ways to book an appointment for a reading/spiritual consultation or other service with
Oseaana. The fastest and easiest method is to use the online appointment setting page. Please do not use the appointment setting page for email readings/services.
- Go to the online appointment setting page
- Choose your service
- Choose your date and time (appointments are booked 24 hours out. if you need an appointment sooner
please email or call.)
- Enter the required information (included a brief description of the purpose of your reading)
- Pay for your appointment - an email will be sent to you detailing how to pay for your appointment (all
appointments are paid for in advance via PayPal).
- Read the email from Oseaana that will be sent to you after you make payment giving you details for your
appointment. You will be given a phone number to call at the time of your appointment.

Class/Workshop Policies:
In order to attend a class or workshop:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pre-registration is required, unless otherwise noted.
- Unless other arrangements have been made, class/workshop fees are due in advance to hold your spot.
- There will be no refunds if change your mind and/or can not make the class/workshop.
- If the class is canceled you will be issued a refund via the same method you made your payment.
- You agree not to share, copy or otherwise distribute any class/workshop materials.
- Because of the nature of online classes and each user has different technical setups, we are not responsible for computer/technical difficulties.
- All classes/workshops are scheduled in Eastern Time Zone. We are not responsible for converting time for
your particular time zone. Please use World Clock if you need to convert times and plan accordingly.

Visiting Pumpkin Cottage:
Visit Oseaana at the Pumpkin Cottage, her home, in Ulster Park, NY.
Visits are arranged by appointment only. Pick-up orders, schedule a reading, check out some products.
Readings, shopping, consultations, etc. are available.

Who Else is Behind the Scenes?:
No, I don't run this entire show by myself (thankfully). I have the good fortune of having the love and support of
my partner, Dawn. She not only supports me in all my witchy endeavors, but she is also a business and
marketing wiz...and helps with unpacking stock, running errands, runs to the post office, and keeping me happy
with chai tea lattes. I owe my success in making my business work to her patience, support and guidance.
I also have to mention our wonderful furkids. Our dog Mazie keeps me entertained and also is in charge of
security, our cat Smokey reminds me that naps are important, as well as eating, our cat Asia inspects every
package before entering or leaving Pumpkin Cottage and also watches for candles that get out of control.
So when I say "we" you will now know who I am referring to. :^)
